TL;DR

What you will do

  • Oversee demand management for IT/SaaS solutions and integrations tailored to North America's HR business needs.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between process owners, executive management, and technical teams to define future IT directions.
  • Facilitate requirements and design workshops covering planning, testing, training, and implementation.
  • Develop functional and program specifications for application enhancements and maintain system documentation.
  • Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for HR platforms to ensure high availability and stability.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to resolve technical issues and participate in SaaS platform selection and contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a Master's in MIS.
  • 8+ years of IT industry experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis.
  • Must be located in Atlanta, GA.

Nice to have

  • PMP certification.
