What you will do

  • Gather requirements and perform business process analysis for large-scale e-commerce websites.
  • Manage complex multi-disciplined CRM consulting projects, specifically focusing on Salesforce.
  • Lead junior consultants and client staff through engagements to develop subject matter expertise.
  • Perform end-to-end cross-discipline leadership throughout the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Collaborate with IT managers, developers, and QA teams to create and validate business requirements and specifications.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
  • Willingness to travel (35-50%).
  • Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation or similar CRM solutions.
  • Experience creating wireframe documents and information architecture.
  • Proficiency in authoring requirements, definitions, and related technical documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Nice to have

  • Experience with large-scale B2B e-commerce website launches.
  • Knowledge of cognitive design and user-centered design.
  • Background in Human-Computer Interaction or similar fields of study.
