Salary: $94,700 – $152,000 USD (based on US location zones)

What you will do

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business problems and design scalable processes across the customer journey.
• Document and analyze workflows using process mapping to drive efficiency.
• Design and deliver solutions within integrated systems including Salesforce, Smartsheet, Salesloft, and Gainsight.
• Implement and maintain KPIs to track solution effectiveness and drive innovation.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles including requirements, stakeholder alignment, testing, and launch.
• Develop user stories and technical specifications to communicate requirements to development teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS business operations with deep knowledge of the customer journey.
• Must have strong Salesforce experience with an understanding of best practices and functionality.
• Proven ability to lead business transformation and cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience creating process maps, writing technical user stories, and conducting UAT.
• Strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage a portfolio of projects and BAU work.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex problems for diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Gainsight, Salesloft, or Smartsheet.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field.
