What you will do

• Lead end-to-end packaging execution for new product development (NPI), special editions, and sustaining changes.
• Build and manage integrated schedules, milestones, and dependencies across engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
• Coordinate technical deliverables including structure, materials, artwork, labeling, specifications, and tooling.
• Drive technical packaging development, design reviews, and validation (transit and environmental testing).
• Manage change control, BOM alignment, and cross-functional tradeoff discussions.
• Identify and mitigate program risks to ensure timely delivery of materials and tooling.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program or packaging program management in consumer electronics or hardware.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional programs from concept through production ramp and launch.
• Deep understanding of packaging development processes, validation milestones, and manufacturing execution.
• Strong executive communication skills and experience managing external vendors and contract manufacturers.
• Must be based in the US (excluding AK, DE, IA, MS, NE, SD, WV, WI).

• Experience with sustainable packaging strategy and execution.
• Background supporting premium consumer products with high brand and CX expectations.
• Experience in fast-scaling companies balancing speed with process rigor.
