Salary: $108,000 - $134,000

What you will do

• Lead the execution of external supply programs, including supplier onboarding, product launches, and network expansion.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans with milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation actions.
• Act as the primary operational program lead for assigned external manufacturing and supply partners.
• Ensure partners execute in accordance with GMP, GACP, GDP, and internal quality standards.
• Track performance against program metrics and develop dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Standardize tools and workflows across external supply initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in program or project management within regulated manufacturing environments.
• Strong working knowledge of GxP environments and supplier governance.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceutical, cannabis, or consumer health industries.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Continuous improvement or Lean certification.
• Strong capability in executive reporting and risk communication.
