What you will do

• Develop large-scale features, fixes, and library upgrades for a SaaS recruitment platform.
• Identify and implement improvements to code structure to enhance maintainability and testability.
• Drive coding best practices and conduct thorough, constructive code reviews.
• Design and implement integrations with third-party services and application components.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers on codebase navigation and technical best practices.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including design reviews, planning, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development of web applications.
• Expertise in Python and proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB or SQL.
• Proficiency with Git and Docker.
• Solid understanding of CS fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and reside in a U.S. state.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
