Salary: $105,700–$149,275

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of significant software features and platforms from concept to implementation.
• Architect scalable, maintainable solutions across full-stack, cloud, and AI-enabled environments.
• Build and support Gen AI software solutions to improve business processes and customer outcomes.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, data, and performance issues.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong programming proficiency in Java, Python, and SQL.
• Experience with cloud technologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and scalable engineering principles.
• Ability to independently lead technical projects and communicate with stakeholders.

• Experience designing or building Gen AI software solutions.
