Inside Sales Representative (Medtech): Increasing sales in targeted markets within a predefined territory with an accent on strategic relationship development with Key Opinion Leaders and distribution partners. Location: Irvine, CA, United States. Occasional travel is required.
Compensation: $20/hr (approx. $3,200/month) plus variable compensation up to $22,000 based on objectives.

What you will do
- Execute all stages of the sales cycle: cold calling, introduction, demonstration, quoting, closing, and training.
- Develop strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, distribution partners, and educational organizations.
- Conduct seminars for distribution partners and end-users on SET technology and Pulse CO-Oximetry.
- Manage and grow revenue in target markets through daily collaboration with distribution partners.
- Log all activities in the CRM system to monitor funnel growth and close rate efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales Management and Clinical Support for coordinated team selling.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Irvine, CA, USA.
- 2+ years of proven performance in Business to Business (B2B) sales.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and effective use of the internet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
