What you will do

• Act as a strategic analytics partner to CS, Product, and Operations leaders to define success metrics and data-informed decisions.
• Design and execute complex experiments using causal inference methods such as quasi-experiments, DiD, matching, and synthetic control.
• Develop scalable measurement frameworks for key outcomes including engagement, retention, TNPS, and customer health.
• Build predictive models and customer segmentation approaches to improve targeting and experience personalization.
• Evaluate and measure the impact of AI/ML and LLM-driven customer experiences across success channels.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure high data quality and the creation of scalable analytics assets.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data science or product analytics within customer success, product, or GTM domains.
• Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal inference.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels).
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Proven ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for senior leadership.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or SMB-focused products.
• Familiarity with Customer Success metrics like churn risk and lifecycle engagement.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, Quicksight) and version control (Git).
• Exposure to Generative AI or LLM-powered analytics.
