What you will do

• Design, build, and automate the core enrollment forecasting engine to significantly reduce manual effort.
• Translate commercial planning questions into scalable forecasting solutions in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
• Establish and own best practices for model development, backtesting, and performance monitoring.
• Experiment with new data sources and modeling techniques to continuously improve forecast accuracy.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other data scientists within the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data science or applied statistics.
• At least 3 years focused on forecasting or time series modeling in SaaS or healthcare.
• Deep proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels, Prophet) and SQL.
• Experience designing and maintaining production-grade data science systems.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-growth or public-company environments.
• Background in digital health or other complex, regulated industries.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data models and RevOps processes.
