Salary: $202,000 - $230,000

What you will do

• Architect and lead the technical execution of the Marketing Data Science roadmap, including MMM, LTV, Causal Inferences, and Spend Optimization engines.
• Set the technical bar for modeling quality, code rigor, data pipeline architecture, and solution scalability.
• Mentor data scientists in navigating complex modeling challenges and establishing robust ML Ops.
• Develop and standardize MLOps tooling to deploy, monitor, and maintain multiple production models efficiently.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art models to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform teams to influence the required MLOps infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of experience in a data science role driving large-scale production projects.
• 3+ years of experience designing and deploying marketing models (e.g., MMM, LTV, MTA, Uplift).
• Expert knowledge in advanced statistical modeling, causal inference, and experimental design.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Must be based in San Francisco for a hybrid office-centric schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLFlow.
• Proficiency in statistical languages like R.
• Experience with distributed data processing systems such as Spark and Redshift.
