Location: Hybrid in Seattle, WA (requires 3+ days a week at the downtown Seattle HQ)

What you will do
- Lead analytics for the Customer Transfer Experience, ensuring data integrity and influencing the product roadmap.
- Establish AI-driven alerting mechanisms and robust monitoring to maintain seamless operations at scale.
- Utilize advanced analytics, AI tools, and statistical modeling to identify root causes and growth opportunities.
- Design and deliver mission-critical data products to power AI-enabled decision-making in the send flow.
- Drive a culture of rigorous experimentation through hypothesis-driven decision making and scalable testing frameworks.
- Manage and scale a high-impact global team of analysts and data scientists, providing technical mentorship.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering).
- 10+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Science with a record of delivering business outcomes.
- 5+ years of people management experience leading globally distributed teams.
- 5+ years of experience with complex data, raw user signals, and event-based tracking frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience with tools like Tableau, Mode, Statsig, or Amplitude.
- Must be based in or able to work from Seattle, WA (Hybrid).
