What you will do

• Drive the vision and roadmap for TES technology and service offerings.
• Manage service offerings across HR, Payroll, Time, and Benefits domains.
• Coordinate prioritization of product features and upgrades based on customer and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Service Operations to develop Go-To-Market plans.
• Monitor federal, state, and local regulations to ensure application compliance and timely system changes.
• Evaluate and manage third-party vendor relations, including contract negotiations and security requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of service technology management experience.
• Sound knowledge of federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Demonstrated project management skills in a multi-tasking environment.
• Proficiency in technical writing and ability to adapt content for different audiences.
• Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions is preferred.
