What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for four platform integrations: hirify.global Celeste, DealCloud, Collaboration (Microsoft Teams/SharePoint/hirify.global Workspaces), and Time (matter-level timekeeping governance).
• Author product requirements and lead sprint ceremonies, story refinement, and release planning with engineering teams.
• Partner with product marketing and sales to create positioning and sales enablement materials for Walls integrations.
• Act as subject matter expert in client advisory sessions, industry events, and strategic sales cycles by translating regulatory requirements into product requirements.
• Identify opportunities to extend ethical wall and information barrier enforcement as agentic AI adoption accelerates, and define adoption metrics and client outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Remote (U.S.) and able to work from the United States.
• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management with proven ownership of integrations, platform connectors, cross-product features, or compliance-focused solutions.
• Deep expertise in ethical walls and information barrier solutions, including the technical workings and regulatory requirements across professional services.
• Hands-on familiarity with large language models and agentic AI systems (retrieval, context windows, and agent orchestration) to define governance requirements.
• Track record driving go-to-market programs (sales enablement, implementation partner readiness, and client adoption metrics), not only shipping features.
• Ability to align engineering, sales, marketing, and client success around a shared roadmap and vision.
