What you will do

• Manage the ServiceNow IRM/GRC and SecOps product roadmap aligned with enterprise risk and security strategies.
• Drive maturity in Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, BCM, and Third-Party Risk Management.
• Partner with Security, GRC, Audit, and IT teams to define requirements and prioritize the product backlog.
• Lead governance forums, stakeholder workshops, and executive reviews.
• Standardize and automate risk and security workflows, integrating CMDB and vulnerability tools.
• Define and monitor KPIs for compliance and risk reduction through advanced dashboards and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, or security operations.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC and/or SecOps product management.
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow or GRC/SecOps transformation initiatives.
• Ability to travel 25% to SHI, partner, and customer events.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-IRM, CIS-SecOps, or CSA.
• Experience with CMDB, SIEM platforms, and TPRM solutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like SOX, ISO, NIST, GDPR, or HIPAA.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI capabilities within risk and security operations.
