What you will do

• Ensure partners maximize value from the platform by identifying new opportunities and driving successful renewals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to maintain strong partner relationships and increase retention.
• Research and analyze partner business needs to propose effective platform solutions.
• Act as an escalation point to resolve partner issues in a proactive and timely manner.
• Create scalable playbooks and processes for partner interactions and profiles.
• Travel to partner locations and IT Nation events (up to 30% travel required).

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
• 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of the IT Service Provider market and business processes.
• Technical acumen with the ability to explain complex business and technological concepts.
• Ability to manage large projects and processes independently.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry.
