Client Delivery Manager

TL;DR

Client Delivery Manager (Healthcare): Leading end-to-end client implementations for a virtual clinic, owning project plans and stakeholder communication with an accent on translating contractual scope into a configured product. Focus on proactively identifying implementation risks, driving resolution, and delivering against operational KPIs.

Location: Must be based in the New York Metropolitan area, NY, San Francisco/Bay Area, CA, and Seattle, WA or approved remote locations in the US. This role requires active work authorization in the US.

Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations for clients, managing project plans and stakeholder communication.
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations across mid-market and enterprise segments.
• Build trusted relationships with HR and Benefits leaders at client organizations.
• Partner with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Data teams to translate contractual scope into a configured product.
• Proactively identify implementation risks and drive resolution.
• Identify and contribute to continuous-improvement opportunities to scale the team without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in client delivery, implementation, project management, or related operational roles.
• Strong project management skills with clear sequencing, dependency tracking, and proactive risk identification.
• Track record of building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the employer benefits ecosystem and digital health solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working fluency with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and Looker.
• This role requires active work authorization in the US.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of key trends in the healthcare industry, particularly in women's and family health.
• Prior payer-side experience at a health plan, TPA, or health services organization.
• Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.
