Location: Salt Lake City, UT. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Salary: $112,000 - $140,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity

What you will do

• Lead and complete end-to-end implementation projects for onboarding new clients to the hirify.global Trading Platform.
• Manage all aspects of client relationships and expectations from project inception to stabilization.
• Provide white-glove training and develop detailed Solutions Design and Project Plan documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve customer concerns and bring technical issues to closure.
• Continuously improve internal processes and tools to support an expanding client base.
• Act as a subject matter authority on all aspects of hirify.global Trading.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in math, financial equations/terminology, and database setup methodologies.
• Experience using Salesforce (CRM) and remote support tools.
• Legal authorization to work in the US for any employer without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in investment management, finance/trading, or trading software.
