What you will do

• Own the clinical voice of projects, shaping product direction, priorities, and risk-stratification logic in partnership with medical directors.
• Build and maintain executive-level clinical relationships with health-system C-suite, including CMOs, CNOs, and Anesthesia Department Chairs.
• Lead and grow the clinical organization, setting workflow design standards for implementation and customer success teams.
• Develop and execute a change management playbook to earn nursing trust and drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows.
• Represent the company at major clinical conferences and collaborate with the CCO to publish thought leadership on perioperative care.
• Partner with sales teams as the senior clinical voice for demos, site visits, and clinical due diligence.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN with advanced practice/executive credentials, CRNA, or MD/DO in Anesthesiology.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical leadership experience in senior executive roles (e.g., VP Perioperative Services, CNO, or Medical Director).
• Direct, hands-on experience with pre-anesthesia testing operations and workflow design.
• Experience working with a health-tech, digital health, or healthcare AI company.
• Proven track record of leading nursing teams through significant technology-enabled clinical workflow changes.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with EHR integration (Epic, Cerner/Oracle) and informatics standards.
• Published thought leadership in perioperative care or surgical home models.
• Experience contributing to product strategy or clinical content development for software products.
• Prior leadership roles in professional societies like ASA, AANA, or AORN.
