Revenue Enablement Manager (EdTech): Driving the execution of sales enablement programs to improve seller productivity and accelerate onboarding for the North America Education sales organization with an accent on training, content coordination, and sales process consistency. Focus on bridging the gap between strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution for Account Executives and SDRs.

Location: Remote in Canada or Hybrid in Kitchener or Toronto, Ontario

Salary: $92,500 — $111,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Execute sales enablement initiatives aligned with NA EDU strategy and revenue priorities.
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and readiness programs for Account Executives, SDRs, and Solutions Engineers.
  • Reinforce sales methodologies, messaging, and discovery skills across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing on product launches, competitive insights, and sales plays.
  • Track and report on key metrics including ramp progress and training completion.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to optimize seller workflows and reduce friction.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, or B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management and program coordination skills.
  • Experience facilitating training sessions or delivering enablement programs.
  • Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting EdTech or public sector sales organizations.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger.
  • Experience with CRM and enablement platforms like Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, or Seismic.
