Location: Must be based in the Toronto area, Canada
Compensation: 130,000–160,000 CAD annual + stock options

What you will do
- Design and execute a structured onboarding program for new Account Executives.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure onboarding success and AE growth.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive sales knowledge base, including playbooks and battle cards.
- Provide direct coaching, feedback, and role-playing sessions to improve call quality.
- Collaborate with marketing and success teams to ensure alignment on enablement resources.
- Iterate on internal processes to support rapid team growth and scaling.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Toronto area, Canada
- Proven experience building and leading sales onboarding or enablement programs from scratch.
- Strong background in B2B SaaS with consultative sales experience.
- Excellent writing and communication skills for creating clear internal documentation.
- Ability to provide direct, constructive coaching and feedback.
- Self-sufficient problem solver capable of making decisions and executing independently.

- Experience in a sales organization during a rapid growth phase.

- Background in an inbound-driven, customer-first sales environment.
