Sales Onboarding & Enablement Lead (SaaS): Building and scaling a comprehensive onboarding and enablement system for a growing sales team with an accent on curriculum design, performance tracking, and resource management. Focus on creating high-impact training materials, establishing success metrics for Account Executives, and maintaining a centralized sales knowledge base to drive team efficiency.

Location: Must be based in the Toronto area, Canada

Compensation: 130,000–160,000 CAD annual + stock options

What you will do

  • Design and execute a structured onboarding program for new Account Executives.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure onboarding success and AE growth.
  • Create and maintain a comprehensive sales knowledge base, including playbooks and battle cards.
  • Provide direct coaching, feedback, and role-playing sessions to improve call quality.
  • Collaborate with marketing and success teams to ensure alignment on enablement resources.
  • Iterate on internal processes to support rapid team growth and scaling.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Toronto area, Canada
  • Proven experience building and leading sales onboarding or enablement programs from scratch.
  • Strong background in B2B SaaS with consultative sales experience.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for creating clear internal documentation.
  • Ability to provide direct, constructive coaching and feedback.
  • Self-sufficient problem solver capable of making decisions and executing independently.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a sales organization during a rapid growth phase.
  • Previous startup experience.
  • Background in an inbound-driven, customer-first sales environment.
  • Interest in the creator economy and influencer marketing.
