What you will do

• Lead end-to-end fraud analytics investigations and audits from scoping to execution and insight delivery.
• Build and maintain fraud health metrics to track the effectiveness of detection capabilities.
• Translate quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable recommendations for Engineering, Product, and Customer teams.
• Research emerging fraud trends and techniques to maintain deep expertise in the identity verification space.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 6–9 fraud analysts.
• Partner with Product to feed fraud insights into the roadmap and prioritize detection improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in fraud, risk, or product analytics.
• SQL fluency and comfort working with data at scale.
• Experience in people management or a demonstrated trajectory toward it.
• Ability to balance deep individual contributor (IC) analytical work with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills to distill complex findings into clear narratives.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in San Francisco, CA.
