What you will do

  • Drive industry-leading growth and retention by owning NRR and GRR goals.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing CSM team across Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-market segments.
  • Design and operationalize a regional success model to serve as a global blueprint.
  • Build trusted partnerships with CIOs and CMOs at Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to co-create account strategies.
  • Represent the voice of the customer to influence product direction and innovation.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in enterprise SaaS or transformation-driven technology.
  • 7+ years in senior CS or post-sales leadership, ideally across multi-country EMEA operations.
  • Proven track record of scaling CS organizations through hypergrowth or global expansion.
  • Fluency in enterprise AI adoption, governance, and ROI frameworks.
  • Executive presence and credibility to influence at the C-suite level.
  • Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid).
