Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - approx. 1-2 days per week in the London office

What you will do

• Translate AI strategy into clear product initiatives and delivery plans.
• Lead user research and requirements gathering to identify business needs and opportunities.
• Manage AI product and service development from initial idea through to rollout.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support delivery, testing, iteration, and launch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various markets and leadership levels.
• Support AI training and education to help teams adopt best practices and tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with AI, machine learning, data science, or related digital product areas.
• Strong product management and delivery experience, preferably in a complex, multi-market organization.
• Experience translating user requirements into practical product plans.
• Proficiency with JIRA, GitHub, or similar product and development platforms.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI tools for central functions like finance, legal, procurement, or HR.
• Experience developing shared tooling or infrastructure within a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with software development cycles and general engineering concepts.
