Salary: $91,000 - $146,000

What you will do
- Define and facilitate the Agile Planning process and quarterly Executive Reviews for the organization.
- Track work item progress and manage risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure timely delivery of software products.
- Conduct Agile Retrospectives to eliminate waste and improve project management practices.
- Collaborate with Agile Coaches to promote Agile principles and behaviors at the program level.
- Partner with the "4-in-a-box" leadership team (Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX) to drive business value.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities for product deployment and go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in Agile Project or Agile Program Management.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead by influence and apply analytical problem-solving skills.
- Work authorization for the USA is required.
Nice to have
- PMP or PgMP Certification.
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
- Agile Certification (PMI-ACP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- Experience with Rally and Clarity software.
