What you will do

• Define and facilitate the Agile Planning process and quarterly Executive Reviews for the organization.
• Track work item progress and manage risks, dependencies, and issues to ensure timely delivery of software products.
• Conduct Agile Retrospectives to eliminate waste and improve project management practices.
• Collaborate with Agile Coaches to promote Agile principles and behaviors at the program level.
• Partner with the "4-in-a-box" leadership team (Product, Engineering, Architecture, UX) to drive business value.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for product deployment and go-to-market initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Proven experience in Agile Project or Agile Program Management.
• Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead by influence and apply analytical problem-solving skills.
• Work authorization for the USA is required.

Nice to have

• PMP or PgMP Certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
• Agile Certification (PMI-ACP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Experience with hirify.global Rally and hirify.global Clarity software.
