Salary: $53,000 - $63,000 CAD

What you will do

• Respond to technical assistance requests in person, via phone, and electronically.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, smartphones, and tablets.
• Create and deploy PC builds and images for roll-outs and repairs.
• Track and document technical problems and resolutions using ITSM tools.
• Manage IT assets and procurement duties as assigned.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support.

Requirements

• Must hold Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
• Must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years.
• Must be able to obtain Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
• Degree in Information Technology or at least two years of related work experience.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, VoIP, MS Office, SCCM, and Azure Entra.
• Strong customer service, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ITSM tools such as Cherwell.
