What you will do

• Define and execute the global network infrastructure strategy across headquarters, training centers, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Lead operational performance to ensure high availability, resilience, and scalability of the network estate.
• Drive modernization initiatives including routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and network automation.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of networking experts, architects, and automation specialists.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Platform Engineering to align network services with business priorities.
• Manage operating/capital budgets and strategic vendor relationships, including managed service providers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise networking and infrastructure leadership.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers or senior technical teams in a global, multi-site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Deep expertise in routing, switching, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and next-generation firewalls.
• Strong experience with hybrid cloud networking integration across on-premises, AWS, and Azure.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of network security architecture, segmentation, and compliance controls.
• Proven track record in lifecycle management and operational improvement in mission-critical environments.
• Experience working with managed services providers in a complex enterprise setting.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, CISM, or ITIL.
