What you will do
- Provide desktop support for PCs, telephones, mobile devices, and network equipment.
- Manage and prioritize service support requests within established service level targets.
- Deploy software and system images to computers locally and remotely.
- Assist with workstation setup, relocation, and site remodels.
- Create and maintain technical support documentation and provide user training.
- Ensure adherence to organizational information security policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in a college diploma or degree program in computer science, network administration, or a related field.
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
- Proficiency in supporting Dell/HP hardware and multi-function printers.
- Understanding of Windows Active Directory, Office 365, and Microsoft productivity tools.
- Experience with ITSM systems like Zendesk or ServiceNow.
- Strong oral and written proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of engineering software such as Autodesk, ESRI, or Bentley products.
- Experience with remote user support.
