TL;DR
Senior Infrastructure Analyst (Cloud/Infrastructure): Supporting the stability and operational effectiveness of IT Data Centres and Cloud environments with an accent on server maintenance, network systems, and cloud services. Focus on optimizing hybrid infrastructure, ensuring data integrity via disaster recovery, and implementing infrastructure-as-code.
Location: Remote (Greater Toronto Area)
Salary: 90,000–110,000 CAD

What you will do
- Manage and troubleshoot servers, storage systems, and critical IT infrastructure components.
- Support hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and virtualization platforms (Nutanix, VMware).
- Maintain backup and disaster recovery systems, ensuring data integrity and business continuity.
- Collaborate with architects and vendors to implement scalable and reliable system configurations.
- Resolve incidents and outages in alignment with defined SLAs and ITSM practices.
- Enforce infrastructure security policies, endpoint protection, and vulnerability remediation.
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, specifically in server, data centre, and cloud support.
- Proficiency in Windows server environments and networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
- 5+ years of experience with Virtualization (Nutanix preferred) and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
- 5+ years of experience with storage solutions (NetApp preferred) and IAM/IaaS/PaaS/SaaS.
- Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as ITIL, AZ-104 (Azure Administrator), or SOA-C02 (AWS SysOps Administrator).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 infrastructure, Entra ID (Azure AD), or regulated environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Azure Monitor.
- Working knowledge of Zero Trust and modern identity security principles.
