Salary: $112,000 – $155,000 + Equity

hirify.global is building an endpoint AI observability platform to maximize the productivity and safety of AI adoption for organizations.

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and GTM/Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring criteria.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
  • Manage the Ashby ATS to ensure accurate data and timely candidate communication.
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics like pipeline health and time-to-fill.
  • Collaborate on employer branding and process improvements as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a tech startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience hiring across both technical and GTM/Sales functions.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a track record of building pipelines from scratch.
  • Ability to operate independently and with high ownership in a remote environment.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting in the cybersecurity or enterprise software space.
  • Experience building or refining recruiting processes at an early-stage company.
