What you will do

• Architect and deliver scalable, production-ready conversational AI agents for sectors like financial services, healthcare, and commerce.
• Own the entire AI agent lifecycle, from early pilot through launch and ongoing refinement.
• Collaborate directly with enterprise decision-makers to solve high-priority business challenges using agentic AI.
• Design reusable agent frameworks and drive design partnerships for new product directions and generative workflows.
• Integrate emerging voice models into enterprise-grade deployments.
• Feed real-world field patterns and problems directly into the platform and product roadmap.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
• Proven technical problem-solving ability in rapidly shifting and loosely defined environments.
• Working knowledge of AI agent toolkits: evaluation frameworks, orchestration tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
• Prior experience in customer-facing or externally-led technical roles.
• Ability to communicate persuasively with both engineers and executives.
• Must be based in the USA.
