What you will do

• Serve as an internal consultant assisting with the understanding of the competitive landscape for annuities.
• Execute ongoing research programs focusing on competitor product specifications, rates, service capabilities, and technology partnerships.
• Develop tactical product battlecards and side-by-side feature comparisons for sales analysis and training.
• Create persuasive reports, presentations, and data dashboards to communicate findings to key stakeholders.
• Conduct Win-Loss evaluations and catalog findings to improve product positioning.
• Collaborate with the Market Research Team on reciprocal projects and information sharing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of total industry experience at an annuity carrier or broker-dealer.
• Working technical knowledge of annuity product types, features, and their integration into retirement planning.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for US-specific corporate benefits.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience at both an annuity carrier and broker-dealer.
• Relevant advanced degrees, executive education, or industry designations/licenses.
• Proficiency in PowerBI or Tableau.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application for optimal business outcomes.
