What you will do

• Design and implement the CI operating model, including intake processes and SLA-driven response rhythms.
• Develop scalable research workflows using automation and AI to monitor competitors' products, pricing, and strategy.
• Maintain a central CI repository providing battlecards and "how to win" guidance for Sales and CS teams.
• Analyze competitor pricing and packaging models to provide practical value positioning guidance.
• Produce executive-ready decks and briefs summarizing competitor strategy and product direction.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of experience in Competitive Intelligence, Product Marketing, or Strategy with direct CI ownership.
• Proven track record of creating CI assets that materially impact competitive execution.
• Ability to use AI-assisted research and lightweight automation (scripting, scraping) for data collection.
• Strong synthesis and narrative skills to convert raw data into actionable guidance.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience in security, digital forensics, or technical regulated markets.
• Familiarity with CI platforms such as Klue or Crayon.
• Experience with monetization frameworks and competitive pricing analysis.
