What you will do

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for a diverse portfolio of digital government projects.
• Lead business development activities, including pipeline development, capture strategy, and proposal writing.
• Build, mentor, and retain high-performing cross-disciplinary teams.
• Manage budgets, cost estimates, and resource tracking using financial management tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks while removing technical and operational barriers for project teams.
• Maintain strong client relationships to define and prioritize digital solution needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in digital portfolio management within the government sector.
• 7+ years of experience providing strategic technical guidance, including Agile methodologies and digital solution launches.
• Proven experience leading business development, capture efforts, and proposal writing.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Must be based in the United States.
