Salary: $137,800 – $170,000

What you will do

• Define and lead multi-year program roadmaps for Information Security and Infrastructure, translating strategy into executable delivery plans.
• Manage agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and cross-team synchronization.
• Reduce operational and security risks by applying technical literacy to infrastructure, cloud, and security processes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to launch high-impact initiatives that improve end-user experiences.
• Implement program management tools and best practices across Security Operations, GRC, Infrastructure Engineering, and Data Center teams.
• Communicate program status, risks, and progress to executive leadership, including the CISO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technical projects or programs.
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Proven experience partnering with stakeholders across Infrastructure, Networking, Security, and Application Development.
• Deep understanding of data center fundamentals, cloud security, application security principles, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of presenting to senior and executive leadership.

• Experience with automation and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
