What you will do

• Develop investment theses through deep research into emerging market trends in crypto and fintech.
• Source and evaluate potential investment opportunities and conduct in-depth due diligence.
• Perform complex financial analysis, including DCF, LBOs, cap tables, and waterfall modeling.
• Prepare and present investment memos and pitch decks for the investment committee.
• Support portfolio companies on corporate strategy, business development, and performance monitoring.
• (For VP level) Lead deal processes from sourcing through execution and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY.
• Associate: 2+ years of relevant experience; VP: 5+ years with demonstrated investment judgment and deal ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience in venture capital, growth equity, top-tier consulting, or investment banking.
• Strong domain knowledge in crypto, fintech, and software ecosystems.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and emerging AI tools for quantitative analysis.
