What you will do

• Lead change efforts including operational workflow changes, clinical transformations, and enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
• Develop and execute Change Management strategies, conducting organizational impact and stakeholder assessments.
• Create and review departmental communications and leadership messaging to advance organizational priorities.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and senior leadership to achieve corporate objectives and modify schedules as needed.
• Recommend strategies to mitigate resistance points and adoption barriers to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 10 years of diverse technology experience, including at least five years in a leadership position.
• Proven expertise in directing technical staff and managing complex enterprise-wide projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
• Must be compliant with New York City employment guidelines.
