What you will do

• Oversee and coordinate chart retrieval efforts across various methods and initiatives.
• Manage and analyze performance metrics and dashboards, including building AI-native monitoring of program-wide KPIs.
• Support the establishment and expansion of Electronic Health Record (EHR) access.
• Implement strategies to identify and rectify discrepancies in record retrieval.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and improve operational processes.
• Standardize and document all operational processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in healthcare operations management, specifically in audit preparation and medical record retrieval.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex regulatory requirements and audit standards.
• Experience managing performance metrics and dashboards to drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in various EHR systems and healthcare data management platforms.
• High degree of comfort pulling and analyzing data using spreadsheets and database query tools.
• Must be located within the 50 U.S. states.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Familiarity with CMS regulations, Medicare Advantage, and RADV audit processes.
