What you will do

• Oversee the day-to-day transaction management of complex real estate portfolios for dynamic client accounts.
• Collaborate with brokerage professionals to negotiate business terms for leases, sales, build-to-suit, and purchases.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to identify occupancy cost savings and optimize portfolio efficiency.
• Manage the flow of key documentation, client communications, and internal revenue tracking.
• Supervise transaction coordinators and analysts to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead client meetings and facilitate business reviews to report on transaction activity and KPIs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in real estate transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in high-level, complex transaction management and lease negotiations.
• Ability to analyze and interpret commercial real estate documents such as SNDA, estoppels, and purchase agreements.
