What you will do
- Direct team activities on key account updates, cross-functional projects, savings initiatives, revenue growth, and new product opportunities.
- Maintain important providers, integrated provider systems, and provider networks, identifying coverage gaps and plans to address them.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with key accounts, enforcing value propositions and identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
- Lead reporting and forecasting of key operational functions and data analyses to support provider contracts and workflows.
- Monitor contract performance, analyze reports, and identify opportunities for improvement in reporting, administration, and systems.
- Support cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for revenue growth and savings, providing consistent updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare services.
- 3 years of management experience.
- 5 years of experience in provider relations and/or account/vendor management.
- Minimum of 10 years of successful provider contracting and/or account management experience.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
