What you will do

• Develop measurable performance standards and operating best practices for commercial properties.
• Manage capital planning and execution, including construction project management.
• Conduct property operation audits and building inspection processes.
• Oversee building engineering services and preventive maintenance administration.
• Implement energy management, sustainability programs, and fire/life safety risk planning.
• Evaluate and implement best-in-class technology for property operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related operations or real estate field.
• Knowledge of MEP concepts and sustainability standards.
• Experience in building systems operations, repairs, and replacement.
• Proficiency in budgeting, payback analysis, and cost comparisons.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma required; degree in Engineering or Construction Management is a bonus.
