What you will do

• Manage daily operations of multifamily properties to ensure high tenant service and operational efficiency.
• Oversee building staff, including maintenance, leasing, and administrative personnel.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance, capital improvement projects, and vendor performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NYC agencies, including DOB, ECB, FDNY, and HPD.
• Manage financial tasks including budgeting, expense tracking, P&L review, and vendor invoices.
• Handle lease renewals, move-in/out inspections, and resident retention initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of multifamily property management experience within New York City, including multisite experience.
• Must be based in New York City for full-time on-site work.
• Strong understanding of NYC real estate operations and local housing regulations.
• Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
