What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of commercial onboarding and everboarding programs.
  • Create diverse learning modules including instructor-led, self-guided, and virtual formats.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps and align training with commercial strategy.
  • Develop leadership development initiatives to strengthen frontline commercial coaching frameworks.
  • Manage and coach the Commercial Field Training team to ensure consistent field support.
  • Conduct field rides to observe selling behaviors and gather insights for continuous program improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, or Life Sciences.
  • 5+ years of experience in pharma, biotech, medical device, or diagnostics environments.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver training programs independently without external vendors.
  • Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
  • Must be able to travel 35–40% of the time.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in cardiovascular or arrhythmia-related fields.
  • Background in sales, account management, or commercial enablement.
