What you will do

• Design and develop robust and effective instructor-led training and distance learning content.
• Create comprehensive facilitator guides, participant guides, quick reference guides, and job aids.
• Consult with clients and subject matter experts to analyze content and subject complexities.
• Deliver and facilitate Train the Trainer sessions.
• Assist in the development of proposals and pitches for new business development.
• Review and revise existing training materials to improve formatting, flow, and educational effectiveness.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in education, instructional design, or organizational development (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in needs analysis, curriculum development, and training strategies based on adult learning theory.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple changing tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotechnology sales training industry.
• Experience writing content for online collaboration tools such as WebEx, Microsoft LiveMeeting, Adobe Connect, or similar platforms.
