What you will do
- Design and implement education programs focused on clinical service delivery and patient care equipment for paramedic services.
- Manage and monitor the performance of Field Training Paramedics.
- Perform PCP and ACP audits and field assessments to identify deficiencies and non-compliance.
- Collaborate with the Office of the Provincial Medical Director and other paramedic organizations to assess clinical standards.
- Analyze clinical and operational data to identify professional development priorities and trends.
- Participate in investigations of clinical complaints and incidents, submitting reports to Quality and Risk departments.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education and completion of an approved Primary Care Paramedic or Advanced Care Paramedic program.
- Registration with PANB as a Primary Care Paramedic or Advanced Care Paramedic (preferred).
- Minimum five years of paramedic field experience.
- Strong ability to analyze data from various sources and proficiency with data analysis software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in quality assurance and improvement.
- Project management skills.
- Bilingualism (English and French).
