What you will do

• Design and implement education programs focused on clinical service delivery and patient care equipment for paramedic services.
• Manage and monitor the performance of Field Training Paramedics.
• Perform PCP and ACP audits and field assessments to identify deficiencies and non-compliance.
• Collaborate with the Office of the Provincial Medical Director and other paramedic organizations to assess clinical standards.
• Analyze clinical and operational data to identify professional development priorities and trends.
• Participate in investigations of clinical complaints and incidents, submitting reports to Quality and Risk departments.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education and completion of an approved Primary Care Paramedic or Advanced Care Paramedic program.
• Registration with PANB as a Primary Care Paramedic or Advanced Care Paramedic (preferred).
• Minimum five years of paramedic field experience.
• Strong ability to analyze data from various sources and proficiency with data analysis software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in quality assurance and improvement.
• Project management skills.
• Bilingualism (English and French).
