What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signature.
  • Generate 50%+ of your own pipeline through strategic outreach and partner ecosystems.
  • Engage with VP-level stakeholders and above to identify pain points and propose precise solutions.
  • Execute creative sales plays including roundtables, executive dinners, and innovation center visits.
  • Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and strict adherence to sales playbooks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS with a proven record of overachievement.
  • Fluency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Mannheim or Munich.
  • Strong hunter mentality with extreme ownership and high say-do ratio.
  • Experience in compliance, sustainability, or industrial technology is a plus.
