What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to signature.
- Generate 50%+ of your own pipeline through strategic outreach and partner ecosystems.
- Engage with VP-level stakeholders and above to identify pain points and propose precise solutions.
- Execute creative sales plays including roundtables, executive dinners, and innovation center visits.
- Maintain 100% CRM hygiene and strict adherence to sales playbooks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with BD, Pre-Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS with a proven record of overachievement.
- Fluency in sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Challenger.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Must be based in or able to work from Mannheim or Munich.
- Strong hunter mentality with extreme ownership and high say-do ratio.
- Experience in compliance, sustainability, or industrial technology is a plus.
