TL;DR

Deal Desk Associate (MedTech): Managing and optimizing the commercial quoting and contracting process to increase sales velocity with an accent on deal structuring, operational accuracy, and cross-functional compliance. Focus on improving revenue engine workflows, ensuring CRM hygiene, and solving complex pricing and contract challenges.

Location: Boston or Remote (Must have eligible work permit in the USA)

Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

What you will do

  • Manage the creation, review, and processing of quotes and order forms within CRM and CPQ systems.
  • Structure complex deal terms, including multi-year agreements, ramp structures, and pilots.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliance and timely contract execution.
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate deal data to support forecasting and reporting.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and process gaps in the revenue engine to drive efficiency.
  • Coordinate discount approvals and escalate non-standard requests to leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance at a high-growth startup.
  • Hands-on experience working with CRM and CPQ systems.
  • Proven expertise in structuring non-standard deals and reviewing complex commercial terms.
  • Strong understanding of revenue recognition concepts and cash flow impacts.
  • Eligible work authorization in the United States or Canada.
  • Must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting healthcare, MedTech, life sciences, or SaaS organizations.
  • Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, MonetizeNow, DealHub, or similar platforms.
