Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

What you will do
- Manage the creation, review, and processing of quotes and order forms within CRM and CPQ systems.
- Structure complex deal terms, including multi-year agreements, ramp structures, and pilots.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliance and timely contract execution.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and accurate deal data to support forecasting and reporting.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and process gaps in the revenue engine to drive efficiency.
- Coordinate discount approvals and escalate non-standard requests to leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Finance at a high-growth startup.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM and CPQ systems.
- Proven expertise in structuring non-standard deals and reviewing complex commercial terms.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition concepts and cash flow impacts.
- Eligible work authorization in the United States or Canada.
- Must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting healthcare, MedTech, life sciences, or SaaS organizations.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based pricing models.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, MonetizeNow, DealHub, or similar platforms.
