What you will do

• Architect and maintain enterprise network topologies including LAN, WAN, WiFi, and VoIP/PBX systems.
• Execute security updates and implement strict operating system hardening guidelines.
• Monitor system metrics to plan and execute capacity expansions and hardware refreshes.
• Diagnose and remediate complex network bottlenecks and tier-3 structural failures.
• Manage IT vendor partnerships, service contracts, and SLA compliance.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives including scoping, timeline mapping, and budget management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise network routing and multi-site infrastructure.
• Hands-on mastery of layer-2/layer-3 routing, edge firewalls, and SD-WAN.
• Experience with enterprise telephony, server architecture, and SAN.
• Strong analytical project management and problem-solving skills.
