Salary: $125,000–$185,000

What you will do
- Partner with account teams to provide technical systems engineering support for enterprise customers and channel partners.
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and participate in sales calls to drive VeloCloud SD-WAN adoption.
- Architect and design comprehensive network solutions, including design documents, statements of work, and bills of materials.
- Lead technical responses to RFIs, RFPs, and sales proposals.
- Perform hands-on Proof of Concept (PoC) tests to validate customer setups.
- Provide technical training to prospects and partners to ensure successful market positioning.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (implied by US-specific benefits and compensation structure).
- BS/CS/CE technical degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7+ years of pre-sales experience in data centers, campus, WAN, or Cloud services.
- Expert knowledge in at least three of the following: Ethernet/LAN switching, IPSec, IP Routing (OSPF, BGP), TCP/IP, VxLAN, EVPN, Multicast, QoS, and SD-WAN.
- Experience supporting sales personnel with technical demonstrations and pre-sales cycles.
- Familiarity with cloud services and routing functionality in AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of automation tools including REST API, Python, and Ansible.
