Salary: $180,000 - $220,000

What you will do

• Design and optimize enterprise wireless LAN environments using Cisco and Meraki technologies.
• Manage and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Integrate wireless access with Cisco ISE for identity-based security enforcement.
• Lead incident triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution for complex network events.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, standards, and operational runbooks.
• Automate repeatable tasks and reporting to improve operational reliability.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Somerset, NJ or Austin, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in Cisco and/or Meraki wired and wireless environments.
• Strong understanding of Layer 2/3 networking, routing, and switching protocols.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Meraki CMNA.
• Experience with Cisco ISE design and policy administration.
• Proficiency in network automation and infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Experience performing wireless surveys and RF spectrum analysis.
